Fitness is a huge passion of mine. I was a multi-sport athlete growing up competing in soccer, basketball, and track in high school and I was able to continue my soccer career playing 2 years in college. I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Occupational Therapy. I worked as a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) in a variety of settings which included pediatrics, geriatrics, personal injury, and psychiatric.
I started CrossFit in April of 2016 and have been hooked ever since. I obtained my Level 1 in May of 2017. I am passionate about guiding people through their fitness journey physically and mentally, which I believe will ultimately carry over into their lifestyle and assist with achieving their personal life goals.
Here at CrossFit 952, I love coaching our classes and guiding our members through mobility stretches. I have also had the privilege of being a part of expanding our on-site team training programs for the local high schools.
My husband Jay and I are proud parents of 4 boys who all play hockey, lacrosse, and golf. We are a very active family and we love to make fitness a family priority.
