20 Walking Lunges
Find a hallway, garage, or outside. Every :90: Take 10 steps down, 10 steps back or 5 steps down, 5 steps back 2x. Load up a back pack, wear a weight vest, hold objects in hands, any way you can carry the most weight. Vest and back packs must remain on the whole time. Objects in hands can be set down in between rounds.
